Review on Edison Analytics by Brian Rogel

I like how easy it was to use for my requirements as the platform did have features that were very specific to my needs.

The team at Edison has been very responsive if we needed support with implementation or questions about their product offering. There are some great examples in the documentation that helped me understand what type of data could be pulled from the system. We had several custom fields added where customers would enter information related to our products/services which allowed us to pull more detailed insights into usage patterns.
