Not impressed! Doesn't fit properly, stretches seams

, I ordered what should have been the right size for our sofa and love seat, but these covers are for thin, soft sofas, not "fluffy" cushions like you see in the photos to be able to see. It doesn't stretch well, you can already see the seams tearing and they don't reach the bottom of the couch or couch front or back. Unfortunately I don't think they will last long. I can't seem to find a good way to contact the seller to see if I can return them even though I bought them a few months ago. I only opened them today because we were trying to use our other cases shorter but longer. Not impressed.
