I bought this product hoping it would work but didn't expect it. Like many others, I had pretty bad acne from wearing the mask all day. I recently bought an acne cleanser and a spot cleanser from the store and haven't used them in years. Well they didn't help and my skin was dry and flaky and sore. I went online and started sorting through some products and they all had common ingredients that burned my skin, dried it out and didn't get rid of my acne. I swear the first night I washed it my skin instantly looked happier, the redness was less noticeable. Within a week my current breakouts were gone and I only experienced one or two new ones. And while taking biotin for hair growth, which has given me some pretty serious breakouts in the past. My skin is now clear and I have been using the products consistently and as directed for four weeks. So sometimes I wash my face with a cleanser and use some for extra exfoliation. Dry gently with a towel, spray with a small spray. I let it dry and apply moisturizer over it and if I see anything during the day that looks like a future pimple I spray again. I use the cleanser twice a day as directed and not sure if it is sold separately but wish it was because I get a lot of splatters after washing my face. Two things worth knowing: the eyedropper felt very full to me, and when I opened it for the first time I spilled some. It's okay, I have a lot more. The washing liquid is very runny, I didn't expect that, but I've gotten used to it. It's a bit drying but nothing compared to other acne products, a good moisturizer is all you need. I don't have the burned skin I get from acne treatments and my face doesn't hurt. My skin is clean, not irritated and happy. I have recommended this product to all my friends who have the same problems and will probably buy it again.
