I got them about two weeks ago and I can tell you they are AMAZING! I have tried different grinders over the years but these are far superior to ALL! They are made from quality materials and their design is unlike anything I've seen anywhere else. I'm married to an engineer so rest assured I know good design when I see it. The previous ones I used had "thin wires" from the motor case to the "product glass" for the light. They are very easy to damage or move because they are not closed, they go inside the cup where the product itself is, allowing for more movement. "Contacts" is a joke too! Not so with Flafster products! As you can see in the photo, the wires are sheathed and the contacts are in a "cap" that "screws" onto the motor housing to ensure good contact and operation. They even give you detailed instructions and show you how to put the batteries in and how to make good contact, as well as troubleshooting tips if something goes wrong. They also give you contact information for any questions you may have and confirm their commitment to the consumer. I can't say enough about this company. I sincerely believe that they stand by their products and will do their best to make you happy with their products!
