It's a little big, but so far so good.
I usually wear a 7.5 but dance shoes (and dress shoes) should be a bit smaller - more like a 7. Even a 7 is too big I probably should have ordered a 6.5. I use panels on the back of the heel and on the ball of the foot to make them more snug. (Although the ball of the foot doesn't stick to the boot due to the fabric inside, my foot holds it fairly well.) The strap is also a bit loose. Overall the shoes work well - this is my first pair so I really don't know what to look for in dance shoes but enough for now!
