The customer support team are very helpful with any queries that we may have. They go above and beyond for us and really do care about their customers, they listen when needed and never hesitate to help out. I believe this has made it so easy for our users to navigate through all features available in O365 without needing to call or email support each time! There's nothing i dislike at this point but maybe more options to configure some things would be good - like allowing multiple domains/subdomains under one account? We're using O365 as an internal platform where employees within our organisation use it to communicate via emails & other services.
