Software is user-friendly & hassle free

The ease in which we are able to do our daily routine tasks, like monitoring emails or creating content for social media platforms using this software has been very useful. There's nothing much I dislike about it as such but would love more customization options especially with regards to layout and font sizes etc. However, overall everything works just fine so far, no complaints at all! We have realized how easy it was to create newsletters without any technical expertise required by us. This…

Good tool if you're looking only business-related automation

It's very flexible, it has all the features we need for our daily operations and also gives us options to customize as per our needs. It allows multiple users access at once which helps in managing several tasks simultaneously.It doesn't allow copying files or folders between two different accounts. Also it does not offer any customizations to be done using APIs. I have used this product since last 5 years and haven't faced any serious problems like slowdowns etc.So far everything seems good…

The customer support team are very helpful with any queries that we may have. They go above and beyond for us and really do care about their customers, they listen when needed and never hesitate to help out. I believe this has made it so easy for our users to navigate through all features available in O365 without needing to call or email support each time! There's nothing i dislike at this point but maybe more options to configure some things would be good - like allowing multiple…

  • Ease of access (on mobile devices) from anywhere you can get internet coverage which is amazing
  • Customisation capabilities allow user flexibility while retaining control over your identity management policies; not sure if there’s anything else similar offering such capability..but certainly no competition here :)
