I love that there are 10 shapes and the size is perfect. However, when I made Greek yogurt with dark chocolate protein, I had a really hard time getting them out. I did everything the others said but it didn't work. I ended up having to pour hot water on all of them and remove them all at once. Then I wrapped them in cellophane and put them back in the freezer. There was chocolate left on the bottom so luckily I had a brush to clean it which is not included. You definitely need one as the cups are deep. The finished product was very tasty and a good size. but a lot of work to get them out.
