Review on 🚲 Allen Sports Black Wall Mounted Bike Storage Rack, Model 201B by Todd Vesci

I ordered this bike rack to store our bikes. The item arrived in an Amazon box which was in good condition but as soon as I opened the Revain box I saw the actual item box (photos attached) which was quite crumpled and resealed. I removed the mount and saw scratches on it but decided to put it on anyway as it will be in my garage and no one will be looking at the scratches. After attaching the hook to the wall stand, I noticed that the hook itself kept tipping as I placed my bike on it. I thought the problem was the screw that came with the product as it wasn't long enough to hold the hook in place. I bought a new set of screws from the local hardware store and finally managed to fix the bracket. I'm posting this review to bring the manufacturer's attention to the hassle I had to go through to install a basic bike mount. If you have the patience AND time (a few hours to figure it out, get new screws, etc.) to use this product as it ends up working fine.
