Computer broke within a month of receipt.
According to HP, the operating system was installed incorrectly on this updated notebook. The information on the hard drive is unrecoverable and I lost hours of work in Excel and Word. The mouse's receiver connector was damaged, so I had to buy a new mouse. I need to repurchase MS Office for my new laptop after paying HP for it.
