This is a reliable and well-made product that is just like the original. However, due to the fact that there were no instructions in the box, it was a bit difficult to install. Once I figured out I had to remove the center pin and then figured out how to remove the center pin it was very easy to install and everything works fine. I do not recommend trying to pull the pin out of the face of the visor clip as this could damage the plastic or leave marks. Instead, you can move the pin forward by pushing it from the back with a small screwdriver, and it'll pop out from the front much easier. Once the pin is out of the front, you can mount the visor clip to the ceiling, then push the pin back into place and you're done. I have been purchasing Dorman products for many years and have always been impressed with their quality and the quality of this part is no exception to that general rule. As a warning to those wanting an exact color match, this is a lighter color than the original part. The color difference is the only reason I gave it four stars, otherwise it would have been five.
