I used it on a sprained ankle and it's the only thing that helps her feel better while she recovers. This was my second purchase of this particular item because they work so well. I use almost an entire roll each time I wrap my ankle to mid-calf just to help you decide how much you need. My 4 year old daughter is a good helper and she insists on helping me wrap myself in it. Surprisingly, she's pretty good at it. She has also used it to wrap about 5 of her dolls and they have made a full recovery thanks to this product.
