Love it. When I first used it, I used a chimney and threw burning coals in it to make wings for my giant Joe. Bad idea! The thing got insanely hot. My grill was heating up to over 550 degrees Fahrenheit. I removed the lid and the temperature dropped below three hundred. Put the lid back on and literally ten seconds later the temperature will top 550 again. I thought I would ruin the grill. On the second burn, I put an unlit charcoal inside and lit it on top. I was able to easily hold 400 degrees and the wings came out perfectly. By the way, I bought a charcoal grate for Smoked Joe and used it with Swirl in a Jumbo Joe Weber. Works perfect! The funnel is now about half an inch below the cooking grate.
