I like that you can see the person's face when they are talking to you instead of just their webcam image. It also makes it easier to make sure you are looking in the right direction. Sometimes it does not work well with some screens so you need to zoom out. Also sometimes I am confused by what the app is showing me. I would say this program works about 80% of the time. Sometimes it doesn't work at all and you have to restart the computer or reboot the phone. It helps if you know how to use it because there are a lot of different features to learn. If you don't have any experience using it then it may take a while to figure out everything. This program has helped us to schedule our meetings more than ever before. In addition, we now have an easier way to communicate with our customers because our emails are now being sent through Vectera as well. Vectera is very easy to use and offers a lot of flexibility. It is very user friendly and has a great interface. The only thing that I dislike about Vectera is that it sometimes freezes and takes a while to load. I would recommend Vectera to anyone who is looking for a simple yet powerful and easy to use video conferencing tool. Vectera has allowed us to communicate with our clients in a way that was never before possible.
