I like its affordable, easy to use tool without monthly fees for additional features as some of other providers require which makes this stand out over many others with similar options. You need multiple servers or cloud accounts/computers for meeting room access when needed in my opinion but that maybe not an issue at all depending how you setup your account plan if using it solely from work computer would help mitigate risk here also? It is very easy to use, you can set up any kind of meeting with your friends or clients using this software without having too much knowledge about it which makes me feel comfortable as i dont have so many things that are new for my brain.
