I like its affordable, easy to use tool without monthly fees for additional features as some of other providers require which makes this stand out over many others with similar options. You need multiple servers or cloud accounts/computers for meeting room access when needed in my opinion but that maybe not an issue at all depending how you setup your account plan if using it solely from work computer would help mitigate risk here also? Great price point option for business needs! We have been using this for over a year now and it has worked out perfectly for our use. The user interface is easy to navigate and understand, and we can easily see who is online at any given time. Not much to dislike about this product, in fact I would say that there really isn't anything I did not like about this product. Give it a try! It works great, no issues with us here at our office. We were able to set up meetings, share files, and even host virtual tours all from one app.
