Our 3 year old with special needs has hydrotherapy once a week but the pool is not heated. At the end of her hour-long session, she was very cold. We ordered this to keep them warm in the pool. It's a bit big, we need to handcuff our hands and feet. But otherwise we are very satisfied. She's noticeably less cold since she left the pool last week.
