Firstly, the lights that came out and didn't break are great! Very easy to use and install. BUT of the 2 boxes I ordered, 11 came with a broken connector under the spring which caused the plastic to warp preventing the cable from fitting into the junction boxes. I had to send the whole box back and exchange it. I had already done the wiring for the junction boxes and when I tried to work with Torchstar customer service (Nicole Salinas) I was fired, didn't offer any solutions and generally didn't help. They were short with me, rude and generally didn't care if I got permission.
