I like that they have been diligent in keeping up with industry changes as well maintaining their expertise through training courses offered by other vendors (such is Cisco).

They are not very responsive when it comes time for billing questions or requests made outside normal working hours during regular office business days - especially if you live out-of state / country! It's frustrating knowing how much work goes into providing these products/services but never really being able see any tangible return upon completion due lack of followup communication after order has shipped etc.. Highly recommend them though because there isn't many companies who can provide all aspects needed at once so good luck finding your fit here! Security related needs such PCI compliance audits & assessments along w ISMS implementation projects which include SOC2 audit certification amongst others.
