Starter starts like a champ again. This kit includes bushings instead of bearings and if necessary special tools are required to extract these bearings and install their bushings. I reused my bearings and added some high temp grease. to them and also grind the smooth surfaces of the contact area on the anchor. Inspect the armature to ensure all windings are covered, magnets are not cracked, clean oil from inside if sealing failed. You need to remove the smaller side cover and remove the gears. To get this starter out, keep it clean and take a picture of the disassembly if you haven't already, so it's easy to install.
