I've had my new 55 inch curved TV (2020 model) for a week. I am very impressed. I read the reviews of the 2019 model and the 2020 model and decided to go with the latest version.I realized that the remote controls are different for the two model years and the latter is very smooth and curved at the bottom for a very pleasant one The volume button confused me and I found it out from the you tube channel where the woman spoke Japanese but it was still easy for me to understand. Otherwise, remote controls are a no-brainer. I no longer need my Roku so it's being moved to another TV in another room. This tv has everything in it and after turning on the yabadabadooooo tv it will appear on the main screen! The curved screen makes a small difference when viewing. I love it. I feel like I'm in a movie or a good cinema when I watch it. Very little glare and I have a lot of low light in the room. In fact, less glare than my old Sony and other TVs in the house. Many people in the reviews noticed that their screen was cracked upon delivery. I eventually found out that the cracked screen was actually on the inside and not necessarily on the outer glass (I could be wrong about that) so I was very nervous when I opened the box and attached the legs. However, if you place the TV on the curved side of the screen and use a curved foam glass overlay, there shouldn't be a problem. be sure to be gentle. But you don't know if yours has been hacked until you turn on the TV. The whole world could hear my heartbeat when I turned it on. But it was picture perfect, easy Wi-Fi setup and stunning image clarity. The pictures I took were taken 5 minutes after installation. And watch out for the old cell phone! Whether or not you hesitate or delay the purchase, you will lose. They don't make them anymore and I wanted one before they became unavailable. love it or lose it I say go big or go home
