Review on Lunaguard SG_B0167J322U_US Nighttime Dental Protector by Mary Campbell

I have very mixed opinions on this and not sure I would ultimately recommend it. I've been using it for about 1.5 years and bought it because it was reusable and the cheap typical ones you get are very difficult for me to mold properly the first time. It was easy to shape, fit great, wasn't bulky and was really comfortable. I clench my teeth at night and deal with jaw joints. But since having this I've had to fix my teeth twice, one broken tooth and once I clenched my teeth so hard I fractured a bunion. I don't think it does a really good job of protecting my teeth or getting me to stop grinding my teeth. My dentist asked me to bring it in and said it wasn't thick enough - she suggested taking two and using two at a time (but that defeats the purpose of not making it bulky). would be good for you, but I would definitely think about it before buying. To be honest I loved everything about it except the fact that my teeth are still chipped lol.
