I've been waiting for delivery of this item from Revane Prime for almost a week! This product is very thin and very difficult to fit the teeth. I have read the instructions and also watched the videos many times and still had problems. After several tries, after several tries, I've decided to return it. Extremely disappointed with this product.

I've had a dentist designed mouthguard for nocturnal bruxism for many years and I've never liked wearing it because it was so thick. My jaw was open in an abnormal and uncomfortable position and I couldn't wear it for more than 10 minutes. I'm so glad I found this Kappa! This is the best non-dentist made guard I have found. It stays in place without being held by your tongue and is thin enough that you can comfortably close your mouth and talk to it. The only reason I'm giving 4 instead of 5 is because it doesn't go back far enough. to protect my back molars from my grinding down. If you have a medium or small mouth, or don't "prefer" grinding your back molars, this won't affect you. I highly recommend it if the dentist did one that isn't in your budget.

This nightgown is thin and fitted so I can actually talk (without lisp) in it. I was nervous about installing it seeing other reviewers had issues, but it was actually very easy.
