Works like a mouthguard, highly recommend
I've had a dentist designed mouthguard for nocturnal bruxism for many years and I've never liked wearing it because it was so thick. My jaw was open in an abnormal and uncomfortable position and I couldn't wear it for more than 10 minutes. I'm so glad I found this Kappa! Although not recommended by the manufacturer, I pour it under my bottom teeth. It's thin and comfortable, I forget about it when I fall asleep. I hope my dentist doesn't hold it against me for not protecting my teeth on my next visit. Seriously, this product is great.
