This nightgown is thin and fitted so I can actually talk (without lisp) in it. I was nervous about installing it seeing other reviewers had issues, but it was actually very easy. Once installed, all I had to do was dip one edge in hot water to adjust. This requires a break-in period, so don't give up! My dentist had several custom made night shields for $250 each and they also took time to adjust. It has taken almost a month for me to be able to keep this or the all night dental watch. You may hurt your teeth a little at first as if you've ever fitted a retainer. But after a break-in period, it feels great. I had no problem rubbing my cheeks or gums like I did with other guards. I hope it lasts longer than six months and after two and a half months there is still no visible wear.
