Review on Pimpernel 2010648807 Placemats Multicolor by Joe Glass

I have four sets of old napkins that I change depending on the season or holidays. This set is thicker than the previous sets. This set has an unpleasant odor not found in any of the previous sets. Another buyer said the smell would fade over time. I hope sooner rather than later. My old kits have a few scratches from use but other than that they look great and protect. I've just received the Dancing Branches napkins so remains to be seen if they will hold up to the same abuse as the other sets. With Pimpernel napkins, you don't have to worry about moisture getting onto the tabletop or that they won't shrink or fade like you would with cloth napkins. Would have given 5 stars if it wasn't for the strong smell.
