The battery was easy to install and fit securely into my Dell XPS 15 (9560). It was the same specifications as my old battery and everything said it was the right replacement. But the laptop did not recognize the battery when I installed it, and after trying every single thing in the manual that came with the battery (and I mean every single thing, including draining residual power, resetting the SMC and calibrating the battery, changing the BIOS settings, insulating the power plug receiver with a piece of tape, and shift+control+option+power reset), the laptop still did not recognize the battery. I emailed the support address listed and have not received a response in 7 business days/12 total days. I also looked through a lot of support forums for third party Dell battery replacements and tried additional solutions and still nothing. Would be a one star review since it doesn't work at all and I received no support from the address listed, but I am grateful to have gotten a refund for the product, though I'm not sure if the credit for that goes to Walmart or to the seller.I'm not upset because I realize that third party laptop battery replacements (especially when putting them in Dell laptops) aren't always liable to work/be recognized by the laptop, and I tried all the troubleshooting of my own accord. But to have received not even a reply from support/the seller sealed the deal on whether this product would serve well or not. That said, I still have the battery and it's still not working so if the seller or their support reached out to me I would be happy to work with them and try and fix this.
