These septum rings are very small. With some you have to be very special to even put them in their place and let them stay. I can use them better in my ears than in my nose. They are beautiful. They were sent to me very quickly and packaged very well, but most are too small for my nose. I'm not sure if they will break me yet or cause any problems. I'm crossing my fingers the ones I can use won't cause me any irrational problems. (Update: I was having trouble getting up my nose and within 3 days I had an allergic reaction and my nose was so swollen I had to cut out the ring. So I will only be using surgical bits from now on! I have I never had this problem while getting my nose pierced and it took me over 3 years to try to wear these nose rings!)
