Gamepads in the charging station are not fixed from the word at all. If you leave the gamepads to charge, for example, on a table, they will easily fly off if you touch the table. Although there will be no problems what to put on the windowsill or any other place, it is not by chance that you will not be able to hook the charging station.
Not critical, but at least something could be provided for fastening controllers.
