Updated below: The spring has fallen out of the suction cup. I went to put it back in and found it was broken. Not sure how that is possible. The suction cup never left my windshield, the radar turned itself off every time I parked. It wasn't rough with it, it didn't move or vibrate during installation. The only thing I can think of is that after about 4-6 weeks when closing the clasp, the rubber piece started to separate from the plastic clasp. Changing her position didn't help. I noticed the spring was visible so I put the piece back in and it stayed tight for another week. Then it started sagging again. I couldn't fix it and lowered the position so the radar was resting on the dash and not dangling from a spring. Putting it back in could damage the plastic, but leaving it that way would not allow the mount to work. I want it to last longer than 3-4 months.
