Don't buy this if you don't like holding the mask with your hand so it doesn't fall off.

Don't buy this if you don't like to hold the mask with your hand to avoid falling; It has no way of staying in opposition and keeps falling on your face, and the adjustment knobs appear to be real soft plastic and therefore will rub off or just not hold the mask in place; Otherwise I use a dimmer block in another old mask with good stability by lifting the plastic handles/headrest block.

Pros

Automatic darkening filter switches from light to dark in 1/25000 second, in the event of a power failure the welding machine remains protected from UV light. and IR, a good choice for you.
