ok. So I read many reviews about this product and most people agreed with this product. I've been using this for many months (probably a year), but I don't use it every time it hurts to use it. First, the handle is slightly curved at the top, which is normal, but the cleaning cloth is attached to the outside of the curve. When you're trying to cleanse your mid-back, the curve keeps it away from your body (I'm on the fat side and this product isn't for overweight people). On top of that, the nice-looking plastic handle makes it impossible to hold the hand tightly. I don't know how it passed the test. The plastic handle keeps it slipping in my hands and I can't hold it well. Third, the handle is still short and should be a few inches longer. I will find another product and throw it in the trash. The manufacturer tried, but this product has serious flaws, so it is not recommended at all.
