Review on 🥊 Heavy Bag Spring for Ringside Training by Mike Snedeker

I hung the heavy bag up as usual with a spinner and some chains. After reading and seeing how a spring can dissipate shock and be less noisy, I thought I'd buy one. I ordered this spring washer and it seems durable. It's really hard until I hook it up to something. I hung it from the ceiling after building a stronger basement box and then hung a 100lb bag from it. Reduce the noise and bumps, and it doesn't seem to shake as much when I hit it either. The nice thing is that it doesn't spin like it did when I had one of those spinning links on it. Before. Overall I would say I am very satisfied and the price is very reasonable.
