Make sure they spin freely when installing. When first installed, the roller did not rotate. The washers are fixed on the bearing and the rubber roller. I had to find smaller shims in the parts box that wouldn't hit the rubber roller. The washers should only rest on the face of the bearing. Maybe that's why some reviews say the video fell apart quickly?
