The battery indicator is a false statement!

The battery indicator shows 100% when the batteries are disconnected! Support had a voicemail box and called back a few hours later. Didn't have a way to check if the battery indicator was working, so I did it myself. When the batteries are 50-70% charged, the battery indicator in the application will show a full charge. The sensor started beeping until the battery died. No low battery alerts were sent. Don't buy this! You'll never be sure the sensor is getting power until you pull out the voltmeter.
