Review on Bissell Cleanview Deluxe Handheld Vacuum Cleaner 47R51 by Dion Madison

I like how it works but the instructions and assembly are terrible. After using this a few times I planted it on the counter ready to clean. It opened and earth fell in all directions. Then after cleaning up the mess I couldn't put it back together. Writes that it is necessary to use the filter, but it is impossible to put the filter back. It says to replace the filter with a part that says TOP at the top. TOP is not written anywhere. It is also not possible to determine which side of the filter faces the engine. It has a filter and a mesh that goes on the filter. It is not possible to determine which side of the filter or screen goes to or from the engine and therefore it is not possible to assemble them together. Until I can figure out how to do it (probably never) I think it will be a paperweight. I suspect that the container falls because the vacuum hose is at the front of the case and separates it from the case under its own weight.
