I've tried different organic dishwashing detergents for many years, but never before Planet. Why? I always skipped it because I found the label and title boring. I know I'm so shallow! But I'm glad I finally tried it because it's the best. It has a very simple list of ingredients – coconut oil based detergent, salt, sodium bicarbonate (baking soda). That's all! Very cool right? It doesn't smell and most importantly it rinses off very well. No residue. It also handles fat very well. When I've tried other eco-friendly dishwashing detergents in the past, I always kept a bottle of Dawn under the sink, just in case. And I've had to use it from time to time when I have to deal with a really greasy mess (like removing grease from plastic). But Planet Dishwashing Liquid really takes care of all types of grease and leaves everything sparkling clean. I don't need Dawn anymore. I love this dish soap so much I had to try Planet Ultra Liquid Laundry Detergent too. And that's great too! So now I'm officially addicted to this brand.
