Doesn't work as expected.
This is my second iron of this brand. The first was ok. This is not aligned correctly. When I snap the plates together only the tip touches causing it to snag and pull out strands of hair. The parts that don't touch each other won't straighten the hair. That's a lot of money not to be right.
