They are very cool and they really shine! I don't know how long or how bright they glow because they're just "charged" by the sun as I haven't seen them on the street yet. I got them for a craft project that might happen this winter. There are many things they can use for crafts. Or kids probably just want to play with them. They may seem a little pricey, but as long as you're not using them to cover the entire sidewalk, your investment is reasonable. They can come with a tiny light for charging (I ordered 2 glow in the dark bulbs and can't remember which set came with the bulb). Charging only takes a few seconds. They can be charged with a flashlight. They make great stocking stuffing!
