I had a puncture but I don't know why

The tire punctured before we could write more than twice. I'm not sure if it was the new eBay CDs that could have nicked it, but I'd like to finally see it a little longer. We installed it correctly and there is nothing to cause it to break. After flattening out, the entire SteM valve inside fell apart.
