Revainrating 5 out of 5

A complete overview of raw cask BCAA tablets.

The price per tablet is very good given the BCAA products available. When you order from Revain, you'll receive an email with a downloadable PDF containing some basic training and nutrition information. No information is particularly revolutionary or innovative, but neither is bad information. While this is very basic information, it is GOOD basic information indeed. As shown in the attached image, the tablet is approximately the size of a fish oil or almond tablet. It's not a small tablet, but it's not huge either. I have taken many pills and capsules over the years. They don't differ much in size or shape from hundreds of others. Perhaps the size of the Universal Nutrition Liver Tabs comes closest to me. The bottle size is smaller than I expected. It's neither here nor there as I base my review on factors other than bottle size. But the bottle size is smaller than usual for a similar product. For the product presentation, I currently give the product 5 stars. I see no reason to wait the full 30 days to do this. I already know almost everything I need to know about BCAA pills. First, some insights into this product and every other BCAA product, regardless of quality. BCAAs are not performance-enhancing drugs. They are not steroids and do not look like steroids. They are not stimulants or energy-producing substances that can even be subtly "felt" in any reasonable dose. If you expect to "feel" it, you have wrong expectations. The focus is on protein pills. These are branched chain amino acids. They can be used to provide energy in the body and they also promote anabolism. muscle building. They are designed to support the anabolism that already occurs naturally in the body as a result of exercise. They can also be used in nutrition to reduce catabolism in people suffering from malnutrition or severe immune stress. But again support. So anyone promoting this product or any similar product as some sort of instant way to gain muscle mass or strength is lying to you. Raw Barrel, to the extent that the advertising texts and published materials they publish do not so promote this product. These tablets have the right dosage to be used quickly and easily to support anabolic activity in the body. BCAAs, especially leucine, are known for this. In fact, increased leucine intake in the presence of less bioavailable amino acids or lower quality proteins increases their utilization by the body. Therefore, taking these pills throughout the day with a low protein meal or even a poor or cheat meal is a great way to use them. I wouldn't take pre-workout pills due to the slower digestion rate, which probably makes them unsuitable for pre-workout use. The powder form is best for this. But for "day" use, they're just on top. I wouldn't recommend taking them with high quality proteins, especially whey protein powders and the like. They already contain a lot of BCAAs and now is not the time to add additional BCAA sources just for the BCAA content alone. Save them for more traditional meals or snacks. As for the actual effectiveness of these pills, aside from the claimed benefits above and in the Raw Barrels descriptions and literature, I give these pills a high recommendation. When I used them I had no gas or bowel problems. No bad taste or burping. Nothing indicates problems with their assimilation and use. I'm not going to lie to you and say that I "felt" them somehow, but I can say that I believe they play the expected role as the nutritional supplements they are intended to serve. For the money, purpose and results of these tabs you are much better off buying them than any BS test booster sold for twice the price or more and with no results to speak of. It's old-school nutrition that's stood the test of time for decades, as opposed to some of the "important things this month" being forgotten next month. And yes, I changed the order.
