Review on HPS HTSEC90 062 BLUE Silicone Temperature Reinforced by Anuj Mierzejewski

This HPS silicone heating hose is of very high quality. Inside diameter 5/8" and 4" for each leg. To replace the PHH hose (annoying heater hose) on my 1994 Land Cruiser FJ80, I also purchased a SAMCO silicone hose, which is typically three times the price of HPS. From my visual inspection, both Samco and HPS are comparable in quality and construction. In the future I will be replacing all of my 5/8" heater hoses with HPS instead of SAMCO as it is much cheaper. I purchased this 90 degree elbow to replace the "inlet" to my heater valve. I had to 1 Cut "off" one leg and 2.5" off the other leg to make it look like an OEM Toyota hose. I now have a very good quality 2.5" replacement part for my PHH hose. For the SAMCO Extreme PHH I paid $45 including 2 constant torque Breezer clamps If I had to do it again I would just buy this $19 HPS and use it for both the PHH and the umbilical to the heater valve and forget about SAMCO.
