Great resource and great staff but needs better integration
It is very user friendly as it has all of our products in one place for easy access to quotes from vendors or customers.
I found when searching through an item by part number with multiple options available this could be confusing even if you are familiar enough with their system/software. If your organization uses other software systems like Microsoft Office365 please make sure they have compatibility before jumping into using AMS-MTM full functionality otherwise its not worth purchasing! Our main goal was having everything at once instead of logging onto each program individually which takes time away form doing actual work within those programs we use daily (ie emailing customer).
Pros
- The ease of use and ability to log into multiple programs at once, the ability to save items to a file for later reference
Cons
- The inability to have easy access to all items at once for all products instead of having to log into each program individually
