Disappointed: my feedback
I loved the fit and the comfort of my walking boot, but less than 7 days after receiving it, one of the strap clips that attach to the boot broke off and Neenca only lists an email to contact them regarding their products. I emailed asking if I can purchase a replacement for the piece broke off. They've refused to respond to my emails and there is zero other contact info for the company. I can no longer wear my boot as I cannot strap it up properly. So I wasted about $86.00 and now have a brand new walking boot that I can't even wear when I've got a broken foot and ankle. Absolutely furious.
