Review on USA-Made Resilia Office Chair Mat With Grippers For Low Pile Carpet - 30" X 48" Black by Juan Mcallen

I am using this product for my computer desk chair that I use for my studies down in my game room, which has carpeting. I wouldn't call it shaggy carpet, but it does have a fair amount of padding underneath it. This particular mat is quite thin, and as you can see from the photo, the mat will actually compress into the carpet after sitting in the chair for a bit (better than damaging the carpet, right?). I weigh about 200lbs. In hindsight I would have probably sought out a thicker pad for carpeting like this, but the prices jump significantly the thicker you go. Honestly, a decent welcome mat might have worked in place of this.
