They are absolutely useless for Metal Earth models. Piececool models use thinner and cheaper metal, so this may suffice for these. I bought this for a tool to rotate the tabs on unpainted Metal Earth models, the slots are too thin to fit over the tabs and if you are building a newer painted model be sure to forget about it, just the paint on the models is thicker than these cut slots. provided these reviews were paid for by our cool builders.
