I've been using them since they came out 5-6 years ago. Plus gave my mother a sentence. My set did not include a soup pot. You still go strong. I've never had a problem with hot grips as some have commented. The finish is still strong, although the woman uses metal utensils from time to time. I was looking for low quality non-Chinese utensils, these were the highest prices I could find. I have a cast iron stock and a stainless washer but these are the easiest to cook and clean.
