In the near future I plan to introduce my daughter to complementary foods. I looked at other available spoons and was concerned that part of the spoon was too flat and didn't hold enough food. This spoon does not have this problem. It has a nice lip and is deep enough to hold puree and puree on it for my baby to put in his mouth. The handle and the handle of the spoon have nice texture and part of the spoon is soft enough that I know it won't hurt her gums if she bites them. I really like the soft mint/sage colored spoon. My only wish is that they offer more pastel colors.
