I don't mind a heavier helmet, but with my patience I pay a price that isn't on the sticker. a company interested in product support. Although I only ship back and forth under extreme circumstances so didn't do it here, the company cares about their product and it's possible my helmet had some unusual malfunctions. Also, there's room for standard motorcycle Bluetooth speakers, not standalone Bluetooth, which is typically used for noisy operation, although I didn't mean it that way. I was unfamiliar with the standard motorcycle industry design. The top vents don't seem functional, the screws under the visor hinges need regular tightening, the sun visor switch doesn't seem to have been installed by someone who expected to use it often, or has used it far too often and themselves used to it Due to the unusual habit, the chin strap somehow sticks to every velcro within a 4ft radius and (I removed my statement about not being bluetooth compatible as it was wrong). I think it's a good size.
