It went so well, I'd like a before photo! I painted my fireplace with high temperature paint this year and made sure to follow the paint curing instructions, but when winter came and I really started burning in it, all my paint started peeling. I had this ugly worn insole left over so I started looking for something else, after talking to a few friends who all recommended them I ordered them. The delivery was pretty quick and the price was cheaper than the paint I used. Maybe it's just me but I really enjoyed putting this on and seeing my insert turn black instantly, it really is that beautiful. If you're impulsive like me, word of warning for dummies; Wear gloves! Don't be me lol! Although the orange pumice cleaner did a good job on my hands, just wear gloves! I figured I could skip this simple step and not smudge, it's like buffing something, the product soaks into the rag and then spreads all over you. It's nice and thick and needs to be scooped up with a rag, but it's very easy to apply and buff. I am very satisfied with it, I can only recommend this product!
